Heard Sri Koppula Gopal, leamed counsel for the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the

notice of the Court that the suit in O.S.No.302 of Z0l2 on the file of leamed X r\dditional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), L.B.Nagar at

Ranga Reddy District has already been disposed of videjudgment and decree dated 30.12.2024.

In view of the above development, cause in the present civil

revision petition no longer survives for further adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as
