This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure (for short,^'Cr.P.C) seeking to set-aside the order dated 10.07.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2687 of 2023 in C.C.No.1055 of 2022, on the file of the learned Xlll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad.

When the rnatter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Crl.P.No.9236 of 2023, which was filed on the same cause of action as that of the present case,
