This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure,^'1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 in C.C.No.587 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Nagarkurnool, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,427 and 379 read with 34 of lPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the subject C.C.No.587 of 2022 ended in Acquittal on 09.12.2Q25 and hence,
