This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 in C.C.No.B92 of 2023, on the file of the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,341 and 290 of lPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the subject C.C.No.892 of 2023 ended in conviction on 08.03.2025 and

hence, the present criminal petition has become infructuous and

is liable to be dismissed

Flecording the aforesaid submission, the criminal petition is

dismissed as infructuous.
