l This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal procedure, 1g73 (for short, ,Cr.p.C.,) seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 10 & 12 in C.C.No.B1 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Metpalli, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 34.1 and 504 read with 149 of lpC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the subject C.C.No.81 of 2020 ended in Acquittar on 21 .10.2024 and hence, the cause in

the Criminal Petition has become infructuous ancr the same is

liable to be dismissed

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Crimir al petition is

dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
