This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.15 of 2018 on the file of the learned XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar.

Heard Mr.Y.Soma Srinatl Reddy, leamed counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No. I .

Though the Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No. 15 of 2018, the leamed counsel f,or the petitioners has restricted his prayer and requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners in D.V.C.No.15 of 2018 on the hle of the learned XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar.

The leamed Additional Public Prosecutor has rr,,t opposed the

submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners.

In vieq, of the above subrnissions, and without xprcssing any opinion on the rnerits of the case, the presence of tltr petitioners in D.V.C.No. 15 ol' 201 8 on the file of the leamed XXI\ Mc116r.111.t Magishate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, is dispensed wit r subject to the condition that they shall be represented through their tt unscl on each and every date of hearing. If the presence of the petitiorr :rs rs required, they shall appear before the trial Court. In case of their r )n-appearance on the specific date fixed by the trial Court for their appci -ance, the trial Court is entitled to proceed with the matter, in accordanc,: ivith law.
