This Criminal Petition^{has been filed seeking to quashthe} proceedings in c.c.No.5123 of^{2020, on the file of the xv} Additional Chief Metropolitan^{Magistrate, at Hyderabad,} wherein the petitioner^{was alrayed as accused No.2, for the} offences punishable^{under Sections 498-A and 506 of the Indian} Penal code, 1860^{(for short 'IPC',)and Sections4 and 6 of the}
