seeking disposal of C.C.No.7561 of 2020, and she is not seeking any relief against respondent Nos.2 to 4. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are arrayed only as a prolorma respondents

Learned counsel tbr the petitioncr subrnitted that the trial Court has been adjourning the mattcr liom time to time. He further submitted that unless this Court tlxes a timc lirnit for the conclusion of the trial and disposal of the case, the petitioncr will be put to great hardship.

Per contra, the learned Additional l)ublic Prosecutor submitted that several cases are pending betbre the trial Court and the petitioner is not entitled to seek llxation ot'a time lirnit for disposal of C.C.No.756l ot'2020

Having considered the submissions made by the respective parfies and without expressing any view, XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampallv, Hyderabad, is directed to conclude the trial and dispose of C.C. No.756 I of' 2020 as expeditiously as possible. lt is made clear that the parties in 1r.i shall cooperate rvith the trial Court for disposal of C.C.No.756l of 2020 without seeking undue adjoumments
