Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction particuiarly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioner from agricultural land in Sy.No.170 to an extent of Ac S.0ogts situated at Budhakalan village.sivar, Bellampalli Mandal, Mancherial District without notice, opportunity of hearing and without following due process of law as the same is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the aforesaid house site belongs to the petitioner

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioner from agricultural land admeasuring Ac.5-00 guntas in sy.No. lro, situated at Budhakalan Village sivar, Bellampalli Mandal, Mancherial District without notice, opportunitlr of hearing and without following due process of.law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that while admitting, this court granted interim ord.er on 26.04.2021 with a direction to both the parties to maintain status-quo obtained as on that day. In spite of lapse of nearly 4 years, the respondents did not choose to file any counter/ vacate petition in this matter for denying the

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in the subject propert5r, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
