This Writ Petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandarnus to declare the action of respondent No.4 in issuing notice dated 2|.OL.2OL7 exercising the powers conferred under Section 4l-A of the Code of Crirninal Procedure, 1973 as illegal and to set aside the same.
