It is represented by the learned counsel apoearing on behalf of the^petitioner and the learned Standinq Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 that the^subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely coveri:d by the order of thi:; Court dated 12.02.2025^passed in W.P. No.4056 of 2025 and hence, the present writ^petition could be disposed of in terms of ther aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissaons put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.z to 7, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with all the relevant documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with all the relevant documents, the respondents; shall consider the said application filed by the petitioner, seeking to provide Twelve (12) Domestic
