2. The writ petition is flled with^{the followingprayer:}

The learned counsel appearing^{for the petitioner submits that in} pursuzurce of the orders passed by A.P. Administrative^Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.82O of 2012 dated^{1O.9.2013, the respondent} No.t has passed impugned order in^{proceedings Rc.No.A1/292/2012} dated 17.2.2014, rejecting the claim of the^{petitioner. Aggrievedby} the sarne, petitioner preferred appeals/representations^dated 21.12.2015 and 17.LO.2O16 before respondent^{No.4, but so fa-r no} action has been taken, therefore, petitioner^{seeks indulgence of this}

court to direct the respondents to consider his representations for promotion to the post of Hostel welfare officer, in accordance with 1au,.

Learned Government pleader, appearing for respondents submits that since the appeals/representations of the petitioner are pending with respondent No.4, the respondent No.4 w l consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the appeals/representations of the petitioner dated 21.12.2O15 and l7.lO.2OL6, in accordalce with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
