Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction. Declaring the action of the Respondents, particularly the 4th Respondent, in not considering the Petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025 and including and continuing the Petitioner's property, Plot No. 41, Sy. No. 98 part, admeasuring 267 sq. yds., situated at Bandlaguda Jagir Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the Prohibited Property List, as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, and violative of Article 300A of the Constitution of lndia. Directing the Respondents, particularly the 4th Respondent, to forthwith remove the Petitioner's property, Plot No. 41 , Sy. No. 98 part, admeasuring 267 sq, yds., situated at Bandlaguda Jagir Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from the Prohibited Property List. Consequentially, directing the 4th Respondent to accept and register any documents presented by the Petitioner relating to the subject property, in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908, without reference to the"Status Quo" order in O.S. No. 82512017.
