The lcarncd counsel lor the petitioners vrould surbmit that thc petitioners are thc absolute owncrs and possessors of the subject property and their subject houses were submerged in Mid Manair Rescrvoir Project. Though similarly situated pcrsons were paid compcnsation, thc petitioners were discriminated u,ithout paying any compensation so far, inspite of several representations made to the concerncd and one o[ thc representations was made on 21.O9.2019 Lo the respondcnt No.3, Joint Collector, Rajanna Siricilla District, and no orders havc bcen passed thereon. Hence, the petitloners filed the present u,rit petition.
