Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

The present writ petition has been filed questioning the action of respondent No.4 in interfering in the civil disputes u.io". between the petitioner and respondent No.S in respect of land admeasuring 982 square yards equivalent to 821.05 square meters situated at Sy.No.184, Gaganpahad village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District bounded by North: Katadan Tar Road, South: Land belong to Vendor, East: Land belongs to vendor, West: 20' feet wide road (hereinafter referred as 'subject property') as being illegal, arbitrary and violative -of. Article- 21 of the Constitution of India and also violation of Settled Principles of law laid down by'th. Honble Constitutional Courts and seeking a consequential direction to the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and Sft respondent.
