Petitioner was granted a license on 01.0g.2o19 to run shop No.18 (Food court) at Jangaon Bus station for live y""r",' which was extended till 3 L.oz.2o25 following losses during the covlD19 pandemic. Before the expiry of the license, the petitioner requested a further extension for three months or until new tender allotment, offering an increased fee, but tr::e 4th respondent ignored this request and issued eviction proceeclings artea 24.09.2025, suppressing earlier proceedings dated 2g.og.2o2s that permitted the petitioner to continue as per clause 2g of the License Deed. The suppression of these proceedings and the eviction notice are illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, ,and violate Articles 14, 19(1)(g), and 2L of the constitution. The petitioner has no other remedy and seeks a writ declaring the impugned proceedings illegal and directing the continuation of the license until completion of the tender process
