Petition Under Article 226 ol the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction, more so, a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, by declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in not considering the Application to reflect the petitioners name in online Bhubharati portal, in respect of the land an extent of Ac.0-0300 Guntas in Sy.No.1567, Ac.00400 Guntas in Sy.No.1568/A and Ac.0-'1650 Guntas in Sy.No.1569/4,4 situated at Kolanupaka village, Alair Mandal, Yadad ri-Bh uvanagiri District, as per the Pattadar Passbook data corrections application through online, vide Application No.2500110228, dt.13-08-2025, as arbitrary, illegal, highhanded and opposed to

the principles of natural justice and consequentially, to direct the respondents to' correct the entries in online Bhubharati Portal, as per the above said application pending before the respondents herein.

The Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0- 1650 gts in Sy.No.1569/4,4, Ac.0-03 gts in Sy.No.l567 and Ac.0-04 gts in Sy.No. 1568/A, situated at Kolanupaka Vitlage, Alair Mandat, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District. In proof of the sarne, she has filed copy of latest passbook and title deed. The tand admeasuring Ac.O-1650 gts in Sy.No.1569lAA, Ac.0-03 gts in Sy.No.l567 and Ac.0-04 gts in Sy.No. l568iA is not reflecting in Bl.ru-Bharathi portal. Therefore, she has submitted online application bearing No.2500110228, dated 13.08.2025, to respondent No.4, with a request to show her name in Bhu-Bharathi portal. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, the petitioner filed the present writ petrtlon.

Vide the aloresaid online application, petitioner sought lor change of namc. lnfact, her grievance is that aforesaid land is to be reflected in f]hu-Bharathi portal. Theiefore, she has to submit proper online application by mentioning service name properly

In the light of the same, this writ petition is disposed ot, granting libertl to the petitioner to submit fresh online application with respondent No.3 with a request to show the aforesaid property in Bhu-Bharathi portal. On receipt of the said online application, respondent No.l shatl consider the same and dispose it of strictly in accordance rvith larv within 30 days fiom the date of receipt of the said online application. There shall be no order as to costs.
