Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of NOC in connection to the petitioners agrl lands in Sy No.955, an extent of Ac.5.00 gts situated at Jawaharnagar Village, Kapra Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District by issuing the impugned proceedings No. E5/MDL/E21378312015, dated 15.02.2022 is illegal, arbitrary and against the letter communicated by the sth respondent Lr No.Bi185412015 dated 07.10.2015 the statutory provisions as contained in Section 8 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act 2020 as well as Section 166-8 of Telangana Land

Revenue Act 1317 Fasli and also in gross violation of the Orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court in WP NO. 370811970, dated 08.06.10972,WP No. 5097/1979, dated 10.07.1984, WP No. 5097/1979 dated^'10.07.1984 and WP NO.^'19184/2009 by setting aside the said impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 15.02.2022 and consequently direct the respondents to issue the NOC in favour of the petitioner immediately in the interest of justice.
