threatening petitioner No.2 to commit suicide if petitioner No.2 approaches her for conjugal rife and a_lso to implicate criminar cases against petitioner No.2 and his family members and put them all behind bars. As such petitioner No.2 filed HMOp.No.l2 of 2017 before the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy on Ol.O2.2OtZ but respondent No.4 with ulterior motive filed joint memo to live with petitioner No.2 and the HMOp was decided on 30.OB.2O|Z. However, respondcnt No.4 did not come back to the married life with the petitioners, which is in violation of orders of HMOP dated 3O.0B.2OlZ. k is further submitted that petitioner No.2, in this connection, approached rcspondent No.2 and submitted grievaqgs regarding the violence and illegal acts of respondent No.4, but in vain. euestioning the same, the present writ petition is fiIed.
