Heard leamed counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.3.37 guntas in Sy.No.26lE/6 situated at Tallasingaram Village, Choutuppal Manda[, Yadadri Bhongiri District. In proof of the same, she has filed copies of latest pattadar passbooks. She has obtained NALA conversion proceedings No.A/I549/2017, dated 17.10.2017 to convert agricultural land into non-agricultural land. It is specific contention of the petitioner herein that though she has developed the said property, she has not sold the property to anybody. Even then, her property is kept under blocked list in the Bhu Bharati Portal. Therefore, she has submitted a representation dated 18.08.2025 to respondent No.4 with a request to unblock the said property in Bhu Bharati Portal. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.4 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

In fact, petitioner has to submit online application in tei'ms of Bhu Bharati Rules, 2025 to respondent No.4 with a request to unblock the said property in Bhu Bharati Portal along with all the relevant documents and respondent No.4 shall consider the said online application

ln the light of the said discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit online application to respondent No.4 along with all the relevant documents with a specific request to unblock the said property in Bhu Bharati Portal. On receipt of such online application, respondent No.4 shall take action strictly in accordance with the procedure laid down under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
