The learned counsel for the^petitioner submits^{that the} petitioner has completed apprenticeship from 2OO7 to 2008^{for a} period of one year in the Respondent Corporation and^{he was paid} remuneration for the same and thereafter^{respondentsutilized the} services of the petitioner as Engineer/Technician^{for checkingEVMs} t at the tirne of elections and that the^{petitioner has performedduties /} to the satisfaction of his superiors and in this^{regard, petitioner} made number representations to the respondents^{on 23.11.2015,} 3.2.2016, t2.6.2O17 and 1.ll.21l7 for absorption^{of his duties on} permanent basis, but there is no response. Hence this^{writ petition.}

3, Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents ventilating his grievance within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, strictly in accordalce with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks thereof. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand crosed. There sha, be no order as to costs.
