Award dated 28.09.2024. pursuant to the settlement, the petitioner submitted an online application bearing No.RC2500003190 to respondent No.6, with a request to incorporate the said order and issue an E-Pattadar passbook. The said application is pending for the digital signature of respondent No.6. However, despite the pendency of the application and submission of necessary documents, respondent No.6 is not completing the digital signature process. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.6, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Whereas, the leamed Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.6 will consider the online application submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 to consider the onrine application submitted by the petitioner bearing No.RC2500003 r90, which is pending for digital signature, and to complete the said process. If respondent No.6 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.
