Petitioner filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 06.02.2025 in S.T. N O.4 I 1202 I / D I 13 129 120 I 9 o t respondent No.2

[t is the specific contention o1'the petitioner herein that the impugned order passed by respondent No.2 .is in violation of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 18.03.2021 in W.P (PIL) No.20 of 2021. Vide the aforesaid order, the Division

Bench of this Court directed all the Special Tribunals to put the parties on notice and afford them an opportunity of hearing. Division Bench also directed the State Government to give wide publicity of the said order. Thus, the impugned order dated 06.02.2021 of respondent No.2 is in violation of the said order, without putting the petitioner on notice and affording her an opportunity of hearing.

[n the light of the same, notice to respondent Nos.6 to 14 is dispensed with. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of setting aside the order dated 06.02.2021 in S.T.NO.4ll202llDll3l29l20l9 of respondent No.2. The matter is remanded back to respondent No.2 with a direction to dispose of the aforesaid pending revision filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of ROR Act, 1971 strictly in accordance with the procedure laid down under law by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 to 14 on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. However, respondent No.2 shall complete the said exercise within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs
