Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.Somaiah Ezra Shastri, leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment) appearing on behalf of the respondents

The petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of Plot No. 93, admeasuring 150 square yards in Survey No. 255, situated at SRK Nagar, Information Colony-l l, Amangal-Hayathnagar Viltage, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, based on the Deed of Conveyance bearing No 5969 of 2023, dated 06.10.2023. She is in possession of the said property. In proof of the same, she has filed a copy of the said Conveyance Deed, electricity bill, etc. Even then, respondent No. 3 is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property without following the due procedure laid down by law. Challenging the said action of Respondent No. 3, the present writ petition is filed.
