Heard leamed counsel 1br petitioneis and learned Assistant Government Plcader for Assignrnent appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4.

Petitioners are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Acs.4.00^guntas, Acs.4.00 guntas and Acs.2.00 guntas in Survey Nos.244lBi l, 24418./2 and244lB/3 respectively, in total^{Acs.10.00guntas,situated at} Terlamaddi Village, Musthabad Mandal, Rajanna^Sircilla District. In proof of the same, they^have filed old^{and latest} pattadar pass books.
