Petitioners^{have filed a writ petition vide W'P'No'8348of} 2013 to^{declare the proceedings dated16'01'2013of the District} Collector,^{Warangal,as illegal' Vide otder dated 03'04'2013'this} Court disposed^{of the said writ petition holdingthat ifthe} petitioners^{are permitted to submit a representationafresh to} respondent^{No.1 within ten days from the said date seeking} allotment^{of the subject land, respondentNo'l shall' withinsix} weeks from^{the date of receipt of the representation, considerthe} petitioners'^{requestfor allotmentof land' in accordance with law'} including^{the orderof the DivisionBenchin W'P'Nos'1939and} 16700 of^{2009, dated 24'08'2012'Till orders are passedby} respondent^{No.l on the petitioners'representation' status quoas} t I

on that date shall be maintained. However, it is made clear that if petitioners did not submit the representation within ten days, it is open to the respondents to take action, in accordance with law. With the above observations, this Court disposed of the said writ petition.

It is the specific contention of the petitioners that they have submitted representation on 0g.04.2013 to respondent No.l in compliance with the said order. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.r did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No. l, petitioners filed the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue has produced the written instructions of respondent No.7, wherein it was stated that respondent No.7 is not aware of the said representation dated 0g.04.2013 submitted by the petitioners to respondent No.l and he has not received any instructions from respondent No.l. The said written instructions are placed on record.

Though the^{aforesaid order in W'P'No'8348 of 2013 was} passed on^{03.04.2013granting liberty to the petitioners to submit} representation^{within ten days from the date of order'petitioners} have submitted^{the representationon 08'04'2013and there is a} delay of^{12 years in pursuingthe representation'Thereis no} explanation,^{muchless the plausible explanationfor the said} abnormal^{delay. However, it is for respondent No'l to consider} the said^{representation and passappropriate orders in accordance} with law^{and also the directionsissued by this Court in order} dated^{03.04.2013in W'P'No'8348 of 2013'}
