Chinna Ramulu) had sought a writ of mandamus under Article 226 declaring illegal and arbitrary the action of respondents 1 to 5 (Government of Telangana/Home Department and Hyderabad police officers of CCS) in allegedly calling them to the police station and detaining them for deposit of Rs.1,00,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.56 of 2014, Police Station - Central Crime Station, Hyderabad.
