Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue of Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly writ of Mandamus directing to declare the action of the Respondent Nos. 6 for not initiating action against the Respondeht Nos. 11 to 14 which is illegal, arbitrary and direct to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 71 of 2013 on the file of Bonakal Police Station, Khammam to Respondent No. 3 from Respondent No. 6 fo(hwith and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
