This writ petition is filed questionlng the action of the respondent No.4 in not calcelling the registered Sale Deed No. 103/2O12 dated l8.Ol.2Ol2 as per the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.2l2 of 20L2 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad ciated 28.09.2075, as illegal and arbitrary and to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.O8.20 16 as per law.
