Petition Under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in refusing to register the Gift settlement Deed presented by the petitioner in respect of plot No.36, admeasuring 300 sq. yards or 250.8 sq. mts in sy.No.74t7 in rhe layout of Dhana Laxmi cooperative Housing society Limited, situated at East Marredpally, Secunderabad as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of law and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner pertaining to the above property thereby to released the same in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government^Pleader lor Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that^while ordering Notice Before Admission, this Court^granted interim order on 22.01.2014 directing the Registering Authorities to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner, if it is otherwise found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899

Today, when the matter is taken up lor hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits thatⁱⁿ pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 22.01.2014, the Registering Authorities have^registered the subject document.

Learned Counsel for both sides sultmits that the connected matter in W.P.No. 19106 of 2010 filed bv the State Government against the order in LGC.No. 167 of 1997 passed by the Special Court under the A.P. Land was Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, H1'derabad, dismissed by the Division Bench of -his Court on 24.o5.2025.
