This writ petition is filed to declare the inaclion of respondent No.3 in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of land admeasuring Ac.7.2l guntas, situated in Survey No. 135 1 at Huzurabad village and Mandal, Karimnagar District ('subject land'for brevity), despite submission of online application dated 75.07.2021 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Heard Sri N.Hariprasad, Iearned counsel for the petitioner and Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

karned counsel for the petitioner would submit that husbald of the petitioner is the owner and possessor of subject land, having acquired the same from its owner Jayaprakash Rao through sadabainama in [he year 198O. Since, then he has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject land. Petitioner acquired the subject land by way of succession on death of her husband and she has made an application through online portal

on 75.07.2021, vide Application Ref.No.2100o233ll[j for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect o[ subject Land. Subsequently, she has filed representation on ),+ .O8.2O21 for mutation. However, respondent No.3 has not pror;c ssed the online application submitted by the petitioner. Aggrieverl by the same, present writ petition is hled.

4- Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Rr:venue would submit that petitioner's husband is claiming title to the subject lald on the strength of sadabainama. However, thrt petitioner has not placed aly material as to whether the slrr-re has been regularized or not. He would furlher submit :l at since the petitioner has already made an application through online prtrtal on I5.O7.2021, the same would be considered by respondent No.3, in accordancc with law, if reasonable time is grantr'c .
