With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the stage of admission^itself.

Heard Sri Krishna Kishore Kowuri, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government^{Pleader for Services-lll} for respondent Nos.2 to 5; and learned Government^Pleader for Services-l for respondent Nos. I and 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that^though the petitioners were retired on 31.05.2024,^{3)'.O7.2024 and} 3l .O8.2O24 respectivelv, till now, their retirement^benefits were not released b-v the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader submits that^{the bills} pertaining to the retirement benefits ol the^{petitionerswere} already processed by the^{Principal AccountantGeneral,} Telangana uide proceedings, dated 27.06.2024,^12.11.2024 and 09. 10 .2024 respectivel,v. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the^petitioners, on time. l,earned Government^Pleader further submits that in

pursuance of proceedings, dated 27.06.2024, 12.11.2024 and 09.1O.2024, arnounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release retirement benefits to the petitioners in pursuance of proceedings, dated 22.O6.2024, 72.1t.2024 and O9. 10.2024, issued by the principal Accountant General, Telangana, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a cop-v of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
