With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the stage of admission^itself.

Heard Sri N.Purushotham Reddy, learned counsel^for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for^{Services-Illfor} respondent Nos.l to 4; and learned Government^Pleaderfor Services-I for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that^though the petitioner was retired on 31.07.2024, till now, his retirement benehts were not released by the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the^bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the^{petitionerare} already processed, however, due to dearth of funds,^the amounts could not be released to the petitioner,^{on time.} l,earned Government Pleader further submits^{that as per} seriatim of the token mrmbers, amounts will^{be released to} the beneficiaries.
