This Writ Petition has been filed with the following relief:

"lssue a Writ of Mandamus, to set-aside the proceeding in FIR No.34 of 2017, on the file of respondent No.2, since it is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional apart from being sheer abuse of process of [.aw and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

This court on 18.O4.2017 ordered notice before admission and directed investigation officer to proceed with the enquiry in crime No.34 of 2oLT but not to arrest the petitioner until further orders.

Mr.B.Sridhar, learned Assistant Government pleader appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 submitted that the investigation officer after conducting investigation filed final report and the same was numbered as C.C No.907 of 2024. Subsequently, the said court has taken cognizance and the same is pending.
