This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.4 in not mutating the agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2-O7 gts in Sy.No.63/A situated at Devarampalli Village, Mominpet Mandal, Vikarabad District, Telangana State in the narne of the petitioner by cancelling the pattadar passbook issued in favour of the respondent Nos.S to 7 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government for Pleader for Revenue for the respondent Nos.l to 4 and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.S to 7.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent Nos .2 to 4 on 27 .L2.2O21 to cancel the pattadar passbook issued in favour of the respondent Nos.S to 7 ,

no aotion has been taken by the respondents and requested to allow the writ petition by directing the official respondents to rnutate the narne of the petitioner in the revenu3 records by cancelling the pattadar passbook in favour of the respondent Nos.5 to 7.

Learned Assistant Governrnent Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not made any application through online as per the existing rules as on that date for tnutation of the revenue records in Dharani Portzil and if the petitioner makes fresh application through online in ROR pc,rtal as per the existing rules, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. She further submits; that after filing this writ petition, ROR Act was amended as Telangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Land) A,:t, 2025 and requested to pass appropriate order.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ Petition is disposed of

granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application through online in ROR Portal^{as per the existing} Rules under Telangana Bhu Bharathi^{(Record of Rightsin} Land) Act, 2025 and on receipt of such^{application,the} official respondents are directed to^{consider thesaid} application and pass appropriate^{orders as per law as} expeditiously as possible. There shall^{be no order as to} COStS.
