This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia seeking the following relief:

"...fo lssue a wit, order or direction, more particularty, one in the nature of wit of certiorai calling the records relating to FIR No. 19f2U6 dated 07.02.2016 on the file of Police Station, Tandur and quash the sarne as arbitrary and illegal and also violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia, consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere peaceful possesslbn and enjoyment of the lands in Sy. No. 50/45 extent Ac. 840 aN in Sy. No. 50/46/1 extent Ac. 0-31 gts., situated at Ankepally Village, Tandur Mandal, Adilabad Disticl or to pass such any other order or orders..."

Mr. R. Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, would submit that, in Crime No. 19 of 2016 charge sheet has been filed and Calendar Case vide C.C. No. 556 of 20'16 was numbered on the of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bellampalli, and after due trial, the accused therein were acquitted on 06.05.2024. Thus, the contest of the^petitioner does not survive for adjudication

Having considered the developments reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and the^prayer of the^petitioner as to registration of crime has been effectively addressed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

6 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
