TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.61 of 2025

Petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.l to 4 in Crime No.361 of 2025 on the file of Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station, Mahabubnagar, filed this petition seeking to transfer the same to the Saroomagar Police Station or any other Police Station.

When the matter was taken up for consideration on 01.07.2025, this Court poinred out about the maintainability of this petition under Section 447 of BNSS (407 of Cr.P.C.), especially in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Ram Chander Singh and another v. State of Tamit Nadu and anothert.

Upon such observation, Ieamed counsel for the petitioners sought one week time to proceed with the matter. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Y.Bala Murali, leamed counsei for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer criminal petition, with a tiberty to avail the remedies as

available under law.
