Subsequentry, erstwhire the High court of Andhra pradesh issued Circulars vide ROC.No.3 465 /E-t /2003, dated 05.t2.2003, ROC.No. t23O/Op Cell-E/2005, dated 20.08.2005 and ROc'No.3 465/E-1/2003, dated 14.12.20, and rhe High courr of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh vide Circular in ROC.No.S 226/Op Cell-E/2014, dared 20'12.20t4' in which specific instructions are issued to give priority to the cases rerating to senior citizens for the expeditious disposar. In the present case, the suit is of the year 20r6and it is fired for partition and separate possession of suit schedule properties.
