Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner herein had filed a suit in O.S. No.41 8 of 2024

¶24

against the respondent for perpetual injunction. He has also filed an lnterlocutory Application vide I.A. No.l296 of 2024 in the said suit seeking temporary injunction . Vide order dated 23.0g.20?-4, learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, R.angareddy District at Chevella, granted ad interim temporary injunction in favour of the petitioner till 18.r0.2024. According to the petitioner, learned trial Court extended the said temporary injunction from tirne to time. The said temporary injunction is in subsistence. The respondent herein has already filed counter in the said I.A. and, thus, the pleadings are complete.

During pendency of the said I.A. and the suit and also subsistence of said ad interimtemporary injunction, according to the petitioner, the respondent violated the said order willfully and deliberately. Therefore, the petitioner filed an applicatiott vide r.A.

No.1624 of 2024^{under Section- l5l of C.P.C. seekinga direction to} police, Mokila Police^{Station,to providepolice protectionto him and} his property. Though^{the said applicationwas filed in october,2024,} the trial Court is not^{disposingof the same in accordancewith law'} Thus, there is threat of^{dispossessionof the petitioner by the} respondent. Therefore,^{he is seeking a direction to trial Court to} dispose of the said^{I.A. No.tOZ+ of 2024 in accordancewith law as} expeditiously as^possible.

As discussed^{above,the order in I.A. No.l296 of 2024 in} O.S. No.4l8 of^{2024 was an ex parte order grantedby the trial Court} on 23.09.2024. If^{the same was violated,the petitioner has to} approach the trial court^{seeking police aid. Accordingly,he has filed} I.A. No. 1624 of^{2024 seekingpolice aid. Even according to learned} counsel .for the^{petitioner,pleadings 'in I.A. No.1296 of 2024 are} complete. The^{respondent has already filed counter. Therefore, the} trial Court has to^{decideinjunctionpetition i.e., I.A. No.1296of 2024} and, thereafter, the^{police aid application i.e., I.A. No.1624 of 2024.} The said principle^{was also laid down by this court in Shanagonda}

In the light of the above discussion, this Civil Revision

Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself, directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.1296 of 2024 in O.S. No.4l8 of 2024 first and thereafter I.A. No.1624 of 2024 as per the guidelines laid down by this Court Shanagonda Sampathr, as expeditiously as possible. In the circumstances of the cases, there shall tre no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if arty, pending in

the revision shall stand closed.
