Heard Ms. Ruhi Fatma, learned counsel^representing Sri Muhammad Veqar Hussain, learned^{counsel for the petitioners.}

The singuiar prayer advanced in this civil^{revisionpetition} is that petitioners'/plaintiffs' application^{fi1edvide I.A.No.638of} 2023 ir O.S.No.5596 of 2023 under Order^{XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of} the Code of Civil Procedure,^{1908, before the Court of XIX Junior} Civil Judge, City Civil Court,^{Hyderabad,is pending consideration} since November,2023.

Learned counsel for the^{petitioners submits that the other} side has already frled counter^{afhdavit in theaforesaid} interlocutory application but the trial^{Court has not decidedthe} same alcl. hence a direction^{may be issued to the trial Court to} decide the aforesaid^{interlocutory application within a stipulated} time.
