This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the F.I.R.No.387 of 2022, dated 14.08.2022 on the file of Station House Oflicer, Khammam II TN Police Station, Khammam District wherein the petitioner was arrayed as accused No. 1 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 42O of Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 5 of Telangana State Chit Funds Act and Section 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments (TSPDFE) Act.

Smt Ch. Kanakadurga, learned counsel, representing Sri M.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.Vivekanand Reddy, learned Assistant public prosecutor for respondent State present.
