This criminal petition is fired seeking to quash F.I.R.No.7s2 of 2022, dated L6.o9.2o22 on the file of station House oflicer, pet Basheerabad Police station, cyberabad District wherein the petitioner was arrayed as sole accused for the offence punishable under Section 469 of tndian penal code, Section 6z of Information Technologr (Amendments) Act, 2OOg.

sri M.vivekanand Reddy, learned Assistant public prosecutor submits that during the pendency of the criminal petition, investigating officer after conducting investigation, filed final report before Ix Additional Judicial First class Magistrate, MedchalMalkajgiri District and the same was numbered as c.c.No.2o5o of 2024. By virtue of the same, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication.

[n view of the above said submission, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedies as availabre under law seeking quash of c.c.No.2o5o of 2024 by raising all the grounds includ.ing the grounds raised in the present criminal petition.
