This Criminal Petition is hled by the petitioners/accr.rsed Nos.2 to 6 to quash the proceedings in L.P.C.No. Ll7 of 2017 (old C.C.No.391 of 2O1O), pending on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

This Court, vide order dated 16.03.2012 in Crl.P.No.281B of 2O12 quashed the proceedings against accused No.1 on the ground that the parties have entered into compromlse.

As seen from the charge-sheet, the allegation is that the petitioners herein abetted accused No. 1/husband of respondent No.1 for commission of offence. When the case was already compromised with accused No.1 and compounded by the Court, the question of quashing the proceedings against the petitioners herein does not arise. The compounding is of the offence and riot the offender.
