The present Criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 7 in S.C.No.S7 of 2018 on the file of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (poA) Act, 19g9-cum_Additional Sessions Judge, at L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy District, for the offences under Section 323 read with Section 34 of IpC and Section 3(1)(s) of SCs and STs (poA) Amendment Act, 1]015

l. It is submitted that the above quash petition is filed by the Petitioners / Accused to quash the proceedings in SCNo. 57 of 2018 on the file of the Special Judge for SC/ST's (POA) Act cum Addl. Sessions Juttge at L.B. Nagar, R.R. District. Initially a case is registered under Sec. 323,rlw 34IpC and 3 (1) (s) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 and rire sarne is registered in Crime No 1908/2017. Thereafter a charge sheet has been filed and the same is numbered as S.C.No 57/2018 on the file of SC/ST'S @OA) Act {um- Addl.Sessions Judge Cour-t at L.B.Nagar, I{.R.District

It is submitted that both the accused and the Defacto complainant belongs to same village and due to the political ri''ralry and under false inlbmration and impression the said case has been registered against the Petitioners / Accused by the Dee-facto Complainant. Due to the intervention of elders of the village and the past relations between the accused and defacto complainant both the parties have compromised. In view of the said compromise, the Defaoto Complainant has decided to withdraw the case filed against the Petitioners / Accused herein. The Defacto complainant has no objection to quash the same basing upon the present compromise memo filed by both the parties herein.
