This criminar petition is fired under Section 52g of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (tor short ,BNSS, 2023,), seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioner in s.c. No. 113 0f 2021 on the fire of the rearned speciar sessions Judge for Triar and Disposal of Qases Under scs/STs (poA) Act, .r989-cum-Vil Additionar District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

2' The petitioner is sore accused in the sessions case registered for the offences punishabre under secticns 304-4 of the rndian penar code, 1860, section^g of the prohibition of Enrproyment as r/anuar scavengers and their Rehabititation Act, 20.1 3 and Sections 3(2)(Va), 3(1)O of the scheduled castes and the Schedured rribes (prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.
