This criminal petition is frled under seeking to^relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2l73 of 2022 by the^IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at^{Hyderabaduide} orders dated 03.06.2022. By the impugned order, the^trial Court while granting anticipatory bail to the^petitioner directed the petitioner not to leave the Country^without .^prior permission.

Heard Sri Wajid Mohd Abdul Waheed, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the^petitibner submitted that the petitioner is doing business and he needs to travel all over India and abroad for attending her business meetings. Hence, he prayed the Court to allow the Criminal Petition.^.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the concerned Court and
