This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime.No. 1391 of 2019, on the file of L.B.Nagar p.S., L and O Rachakonda. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 406, 42O, 424 and 120-B r/w. 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant public prosecutor for the respondent - State. perused the record.

As seen from the proceeding sheet, this Court vide order dated 1O.O3.2O21 granted stay of all further proceedings including arrest of the petitioners herein.

Since the case is under investigation, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the relief granted by this Court earlier by directing the Police not to arrest the petitioners, till conclusion of investigation.
