This Criminal Petition is filed by ttre petitioner/Accused No.4, seeking to quash FIR.No.10/RCO-ACB-WRL/2024, ACB Warangal Range, on the lile of Special Judge for SpE & ACB Cases. The allegations leveled against the petitioner are under Sections 7a, 12, i3(1)(b) rlw.t3(21, Section 6t(1) & 45 of BNS of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.4 and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant public Prosecutor for the respondcnt - State. perused the record.

The petitioner filed Crl.p.No.l2193 of 2024 and this Court vidc order dated 2I.lO.2O24 direct ttre ACB ofhcia_ls to issue notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS and proceed with investigation. The said orders were passed on the specific request of the pet itioncr.

There are no cha:rged circumstances to entertain the present petition. The case is still under investigation.
