		Having considered the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this
		interlocutory application is ordered, modifying the condition No.(i) in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.12830 of
		2025 as “to the satisfaction of the XII Additional
		Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, at
		Kukatpally”, in place of “to the satisfaction of Kukatpally
