then informed her about the incident over phone. Upon receiving the information, she rushed to the scene and found her husband unconscious. He was immediately shifted to GGH Nagarkurnool for medical treatment. The complainant further stated that a similar incident had occurred earlier on 24.LO.2O24, when the same individuals called her husband to their residence and assaulted him in the same manner. As such, requested the police to take necessary action against the accused. Basing on the said complaint, the police registered the case against the a.ccused for the above offences.

take legal action against Srinivasulu and Cr.No.2:83 of 2025 was registered and in the meanwhile, this false case is foisted against thc accused. There is no truth in the said zrllegations and hence requested this Court to grant anticipa tory bail to the petitioners.
